Sup Bro, You are not kidding. Probably one of the worst beats ive taken.. Been kinda cold last 3 days which sucks balls, but betting consistently and not chasing. Looking for a bounce back today, of course went 3-1 with leans last night which feel asleep and didnt put in by 1130.. What can you do.. Lets get it started.

Today Tennessee slows Kentucky down into a half court game. Kentucky hates to run their offense and use the 35 second clock. Tenness has the "bodies" to bang with KY on the inside.

i've started it several times and made it about 4.5 weeks twice...not from the physical aspects of the workouts but that it becomes so tedious after a while and tony horton's voice really starts to wear on you...the problem i always run into is that i find myself going on a trip somewhere and it breaks my routine b/c it is a very time consuming workout. i love the results though..the ab exercises are killer and the yoga has really helped with my golf and baskeball skills...push through it..if you have a workout partner to hold you accountable it helps...i had one but his drive for the program lasted about 5 days...lol..so that didn't help. good luck with it.
