BOL bro...
I've been doing P90X for about a month and a half. I have increased my muscle mass very quickly. I changed the schedule on it though and I do everything except X Stretch and Yoga. I do lifting DVD then Cardio the next day.
I decided I wanted to lose more weight, so now i'm doing Insanity. If anyone wants to lose weight quick and gain strength, go with Insanity. I personally find Insanity much harder. I got 13 women from work to do P90x and Insanity workouts with me 3 days a week after school. The results are awesome and the lead guy encourages you and is not a pompous dick like the P90x guy.
So now my workouts are P90x in the mornings and Insanity after work. It makes for a long day, but i've dropped about 12 pounds in a month and a half and have lost over 6% of my body fat.

Nice work buddy!
I was extremely sore from the plyometrics but the yoga felt like it really loosened up those muscles. I honestly have not worked out or taken it seriously in 5 years. Workouts are long but it def. refreshing when its over. I couldnt get off the floor on day 1. Im going to do the Insanity once I finish this program.

He has to be given a tech for taking a swing. If he connects, he is ejected. Then what would you have said? The only other possibility is a double tech.

Very true, I doesnt seem the ref saw the initial slap after the whistle from the Xavier player. Just like in football, they always get the second hit. If I have Xavier, Im singing a much different tune...

Would u recommend P90X to everybody? I think it can be intense for most people. My workout consists of running a mile 3-5 times a week and weight training. The most important is ur diet, I dont eat fast foods or junk foods but I eat whatever I want. Portion control is the key, why stuff urself in one sitting when u can have it everyday. food for thoughts

I have seen numerous videos and articles from Tony H, and he says that the absolute most important workout of the P90X routine is Yoga. So cmon Kindergarten, man up and do the Yoga!!

Yes it is a tough workout and def. works muscles you are not used to using. I think if you can commit yourself to it it is well worth it. Eating is def. important something that has always been hard for me because I used to be able to eat anything and eat all day and not gain a pound. Until I got out of college and that all changed for me.
