Just an observation ironically both teams at the end of the game did the same thing but only one was called. Davidson player called for an intentional foul by grabbing the jersey yet Meeks did the same thing after getting stripped on a clear path to the basket and got whistled for a regular foul. Did anyone else notice this.

Since Creighton couldn't make a free throw to save their lives, it didn't really matter.
Not disputing that fact one bit. But that wasnt the reason I started this thread it was more on the concept of the rule. Maybe someone has a reason it wasnt called or whatever I just thought on the same night on b2b espn games the same incident happen yet one was called while the other was not. As I understand if meeks reached out and fouled him as he is beside him its just a foul. But to me it looked like he had no idea then once he realized he was heading the other way meeks reached out and grabbed his jersey on a clear path to the hoop.

If you are going by the rule, the foul Meeks commited was intentional. He wasn't going for the ball he grabbed the player to stop a breakaway..If this was hockey, that would have been a penalty shot LOL...Really Creighton should have had 2 shots and then the ball. So missing those 2 Ft's they would have had a chance at 2 more...They very easily could have won the game if they would have made the correct call, however, they had every chance and blew it themselves...I have watched this team several times this year, and this is only another reason why I am glad they didn't make the tourney
