Eh, just a weird game all around. Manhattan will pressure, and both teams should have opportunities to score. I think the Syracuse zone takes Beamon's slashing ability as he can't really shoot from the outside. Another side tidbit is that Manhattan's now coached by an old Pitino assistant, so the familiarity is there. Gut tells me Manhattan hangs around for a while. Kenpom doesn't have Syracuse losing until mid-February. I don't think they'll make it that far...

nropp, I was wondering if you had an opinion on the SMU/Colorado St game? What side would you put your monopoly money on?
CSU is a dangerous, dangerous squad offensively. With that said, I'd probably lean to the under. SMU will control the tempo, and neither team is familiar with the surroundings. I would be shocked if CSU hangs a big #. Just monopoly money though.
