NO PLAY ON NIU. SEEMS TO BE TOO MANY POINTS. AS BAD AS IOWA IS I CAN TRUST A MOVAL TEAM LAYING DOUBLE DIGITS TO ANY BIG TEN SCHOOL.

NO PLAY ON IU. THE YOUTH BOTHERS ME AND THE FACT THEY ARE PLAY IN A FAMILIAR SURROUNDING FOR PITT IS JUST NOT A GOOD COMBINATION. THEY WILL PLAY TOUGH BUT THE QUESTION IS CAN THEY GO FOR 40 MIN? I DONT SEE IT.

Huh? Duke has no where near the scoring issues G Mason can present.

Georgetown at MSG sounds like a square play, but I think G-town usually plays well there.  Butler is a good team, but they didn't seem that great when I saw them play in California.  And all those teams in that tournament pretty much sucked when playing against other teams like Portland, Minnesota, etc...

I meant Duke kinda has a death in the "family", as Dawkins is on leave due to the death of his sister while she was driving to his last game.

If Kapono is on Sac State, I will be on it.  I never lost on Sac State when Kapono is on it.

Yes I would probably hameer DUKE due to that pending on the line as bad as it sounds.

 

I will wait to see what ManRam does with his Hoyas before I make a play on this game. GTOWN rebounding issues from last season has improved tremendously so far from what I have seen and they are going to have to limit 2nd opportunites tonight. They defend the 3 well and doing that is a must against Butler. This game could come down to the wire but if Gtown defends the 3 and controls the glass they win easily.

I heard it's kinda hard to hit the 3 at MSG too, so maybe that's to Gtown's benefit.

Can you give any insight as to why TCU is one of your stronger plays tomorrow, let down from Wash game is all I can see. Not sure where TCU has the advantage so would like to hear your take. Thanks!

Hey bro... my lean is to the Hoyas right now simply for the fact that they can defensively play against Butler's strengths... getting to the rim and three point shooting.  Over 60% of Butlers points come that way.  The Hoyas defend the money ball very well, and don't give up too many fouls.  There's not a whole lot of depth behind Matt Howard and as evident in that UCLA game, you take him out of the game Butler becomes an outside-outside team with no interior presence.  UCLA would've walked away with a victory in that game if they could control themselves on defense.

Also leaning under... BOL buddy.  I've been going back and forth on K-State all night... their lack of perimeter defense scares me when guys like Redford can light it up from deep.  Should be a high scoring affair either way methinks.

I haven't written this much in your thread in a long time... phew!

tcu looks like a great pick for tomorrow.  im suprised you like georgetown in that game though.  they played one decent team temple and barely beat them at home.  butler was unimpressive in anaheim, but i thought they were a little overrated going into that tournament myself.  now they are back where they belong in the bottom of the top 25.  just feel like butler wins a tight one tonight.
