And let me clarify since this is your thread UNC (which I check every day cause I respect the hell out of your capping ability and think you're a class act) .

This guys post just made absolutely no sense to me.  The best team in college football won the title, period.  Sorry Colt got hurt dude, sorry.  Pretty sure Bama rolled 5.5 yards per carry and would've done it with or without Colt.  Sorry they had the worst 1st quarter a team could have and were still up 18 at half.  Sorry Mack Brown was so petrified of the stud that is Javier Arenas that the field position battle was going to be one sided the whole game with or without Colt.  Whatever though, this ain't an argument that's even worth having.  Plenty of people are going to think Colt McCoy is the best thing ever and his injury is tainting the best team in NCAAF's title, it just is what it is...a damn shame for Saban and the Tide.  Congrats to them as far as I, and most normal sports fans think I'm sure.

Back to hoops and UNC, keep up the great work and I look forward to your thread daily to confirm we're on the same page which usually is the case.

Take away the freshman's mistakes(shuffle pass) and all of the 3 and outs that exhausted Texas defense and Texas wins by 21 just the way they were supposed to...Bama defense not as good as Nebraska's at the end of the season. Not to mention Pellini handed Bama a defensive game plan on how to stop Texas/McCoy and Bama couldn't execute it. Bama couldn't stop a freshman with no experience. I don't like McCoy at all, but he clearly is a little better than the frosh. A good team won, not the best team in college football.

Would everyone in here shut up and talk about making money and college basketball? There is so much arguing that it gets frustrating to read.

I think we can all agree that we all type in covers.com and come to the forums to MAKE MONEY. We all enjoy sports and want to make money by simply watching games. We can't do that if people whine and cry when other people lose. UNC is quite possibly the best capper on here, but even HE won't always kill vegas.

If you ask me, it might be a good thing that he's a little cold right now because he's due to hit a hot streak. I feel like all the bitching and whining in his threads is somewhat driving him away from the site and that would be a damn shame.

So let's all shut up, quit whining, and help each other with some picks.

Case in point: 2ohsick's post about washington is awesome. He's a UW fan and has some good info for everyone. I was leaning ASU but after reading his post I wouldn't want to bet against a talented, pissed off team that's playing against a team that just threw up 37 points.
