Too much to go into detail.  Essentially I use all my resources to determine power rankings for the conference.  Throughout the season depending on what happens I adjust the rankings.  To determine my line I subtract the team with the lower ranking from the team with the higher ranking at that is my spread.  Things such as home court, injuries, streaks, performance all effect my rankings.  Being able to attend live games, having contacts on most campuses in the MWC, and watching 95% of the games are all benefits to have also.

i have friends at most of the colleges in NJ, PA, and NY.. I don't see what the big deal is.
