I told everybody in this thread I fear the 3. That's what did the Aztecs in. Lobos were throwing them in from everywhere. Gordon is a good player but they rely tooich on the perimeter shot. This will do them in at some point.

Lol 10-19 from 3 for the Lobos. I believe I said in my first couple posts that the only way I lose is if UNM shoots lights out from 3. Guess what they did!! Lol I'm sure everybody that posted has never lost a bet here that they were sure of right??? Lol Life goes on. I wouldn't have changed it. Lobos will lose at home to UNLV. Like I said you don't expect a team to shoot 50%+ from 3 every game.

This is UNMs first viable win!!! Lobos are a lot like Baylor. Jump shooting team. They have size but shoot 3s too way too much. They have a pretty good big man in Gordon but he barely averages double digits in scoring. Most of his points are off of O rebounds! When they face teams that are more physical they will struggle. Michigan is the same team. Im not saying they got lucky but you can't expect to shoot 50% from 3 on the road a every time. A little disappointed Tapley didn't get more involved earlier. They looked sluggish until the end. 30 points from 3s tough to come back from. 3-14 for SDST. Difference in the game

@ Crush -SDST and UNLV play a lot tougher schedules than UNM agree??? UNM has Played how many tournament teams??? 2??? Yeah UNLV and SDST lol. Did you ever think that maybe the schedule has something to do with why UNM is blowing teams out and SDST and UNLV are playing closer games. UNM plays cupcakes out of conference. They haven't played a top 25 team other than SDST or UNLV. ST Louis and OK ST their biggest wins before last night. Without that win last night they don't get into tourney and still might not. Too many good teams this year. Not hard headed not do I need to grow up dude. I'm stating facts!! Play a team other than Santa Clara or USC lol
