They also mentioned kenpom.I have a policy not to comment about other sites, a good site but is all that math neccessary? Where does common sense and experience come in?

If kenpom was making a line in the 80s then i'll give him his due. I do think the site has been only there of 8 years if I am correct? I am not sure as I dont have any interest visiting it as my eyesight is not as great as it used to be.

Yes so while checking the games and looking briefly at the comments, someone ridiculed me at the Missouri line. NO WAY could Missouri be a pick at home!! Well a minute left  in the ballgame its 87-84. Thats a pick in my book. You go and lay the 17 or 13 or whatever you want to lay.

He also stated the the lines should never be 15 points off!!!! Well have you never seen a 10 point favorite lose by 5? Read my whole column, it says CLEARLY..the lines are not a predictor of  final score differential, but MEANT to POINT you in the right direction 85% of the time. My years of apprenticeship have taught me human values that cannot be computed, feel, artistry, that a computer cannot match. You too can make a line, a few numbers, common sense, and objectivity. No computer in this world can match the human mind.

But enough said already, 

Are my lines always correct? NO
Have I always won?NO
Does at times my line look foolish? Oh yes YES YES YES

Over time does my line beat the closing?Yes and years to prove it.

The results and success or failure is not a record to boast, but between the bookmaker and I.

This past week Monday I had some lines up where you could compare how I saw the games versus the number that was put out by the books. I thought it was easy to read but some may find it time consuming. So instead of doing that again, I though I would do it a bit different but easier  to read. I'll just state the teams that have a slight, medium and large advantages and you can go from there. Especially if there are a 100 or so games today, I really don't think comparing lines is anyones cup of tea. I am on the plays that have the highest advantage, but just in case you want an opinion, curiosities sake, or if you want  or have action on a particular game, the slight and medium advantages are listed also in time order. First off, the early starts, small and medium advantage plays. The large advantage plays will be posted 12:30 pm PST. Check back then.

Just a final note on todays games, I wish I did have the time to put up my line and the books so you could compare it. But since most don't wish to spend the time, I thought that this would work better. As mentioned before, my leans points in the right direction the majority of the time, and taking a few out if this large sample will in general perform as well as the group. It is up to you how to use it, I for one will only be on the games with the largest advantage which again will be posted about 12:30 pm PST . I may be back tomorrow with the games, early or late check back as I am in and out Sundays with friends and family.

The advantage plays in general yesterday did very well, however a bit disappointing with the large advantage plays. For some reason, they did not follow the average of the group in whole. In reality though, in my many years of betting I'll take a small profit every day that I can. Here are the advantage plays today, I'll be on every one of these, and if you like or can get totals like in Vegas, you'll like the card. 

These are all slight to medium advantage plays today.

Correction thanks kkirby, my eyesight is not that great like before. Yes Vermont a loser 70-85. As stated before, i really don't care to post a record, though you may if you like in the thread, to keep track. However the very very long haul is what counts, hopefully i can put up before seasons end around 300 advantage plays and we can go from there for starters. Thanks again.
