i doubt we are moving the points. It seems like for these smaller college BB games , 15-20mins before game, they boost the number by 1 point because its almost like they know there's more chances to hit the over on FH only. It's almost like they know people are waiting for the last min line movements so they add 1 in their favour. I can't always get the same line as Haden.
