Mem , I had a pick -- opening line was Mem - 7 1/2 which is more than a 5 point difference and % bet on Mem is around 55 to 58 % per the play ..

Portland +9.5 looks playable

Sorry but Nope!! You don't flip sides because of the percentage. You take the worst of the line change as I posted above and then it has to meet the % for favs and dogs. And a couple of points change is not necessarily enough to make it a play. You guys need to go back to Ragin's 1st post on this and read his explanation of how it works again.

GUYS take it easy play one game at a time betting is not a sprint let the man time to place the games can't play every game on the card let him get the best ones out FIRST

lilman...ragin posted earlier it takes him all of about 30 sec's to figure out the play. The only reason there is a lot of confusion is that Ragin hasn't been around much and there have been a # of games that "seem" to fit the system. It would be great if Ragin posted every play but understandably, he can't be around all the time. If it is a "system" play, then more than one person should be able to figure it out.

I understand it isn't a sprint but the system it is doing very well right now so no reason not to play all that fit. It would be nice if we knew exactly how the system worked, then more than one person could confirm these plays when ragin is away,

I get how to figure out what the spread "ought" to be
but what about favs and dogs and percentages
just never had it explained but i'll get it once explained

Here is the system explained by Ragin about a week or so ago.

"Here what you do


Take team A

Say that team A is avg 66 PPG on Offense

Team B is AVG 58

Now team A is favored by 8 points.

Now move on to defense

Say team A is giving up 57 PPG and team is giving up 63

Now team is is favored another 6 on defense. 6+ 8 =14

What do u do with this?

BET THE OPPOSITE

but NEVER BET WITH THE PUBLIC!!!!!!

UNLESS the favorite is getting less than 55% support.

So team A is favored by 14 in my theory

Say the vegas line is TEAM A -6. they are only 6 points better but the damn Vegas line for some reason has them at -14 and the public thinks team B is going to cover then you take the bad line. becuase Vegas expects you to take the DOG.

Now if team A in our line was 8 points better but were giving 2 you take the dog because the public will always take the fav becuase the line is low.

Example tonight

Drake is avg 69 PPG
GaS is AVG 66

Drake -3

Defense Drake gives up an Avg of 62 and GaS gives up 78

so minus another 16

Drake in my line should be favored by 16+3=19

The real line is Drake -12

The public has Drake 75%

The play is Ga Southern +12 "

The key is to know what % on each team the public is betting...that is where the confusion has come in as Ragin is using a site he won't reveal. That is why you are seeing some doubt in this thread on if a team is or isn't a play. Golferman made a good point..even if you think you have it figured out...better to wait on Ragin just to make sure.

This is me and my friend's account. He bets 300 a game.He HAS NOT lost. He mostly wins on NBA team totals. I am unbelievable on team totals. I have won 11 or 13. I lost on the Bulls twice. Look at the thread in the nba section.

You need to make sure the % is correct. I fucked up on few games today becuase I didnt have the % right. I like the site the guy in the begingoing posted. I have always used wagerline but its true, these guys are really better. HOWEVER I do like it becuase this whole system is based on public perception.

like a few week ago most people just clicked the JEts over the 49ers. I talked my friend out of betting 500 bucks on the Jets and we all know the result. They were getting well over 70%

The bottom line here is, this system works. I may have a bad day or two or even three but in the long run you WILL win money.  Ive used it for as long time. I weas just tired of keeping it to myself.

Please make sure you do this right. ALso you have to have a decent difference in variable. Preferably 8 points or more. Good luck and godspeed.
