I'm holding all of it long term now. I just don't like bitcoin because it takes forever to transfer and transact with. That's a huge disadvantage so ultimately I think it goes up a little more but then it'll drop bc all the competitors are so much cheaper and faster

If I buy bitcoin from Coinbase, would there be a fee to transfer to Kraken to buy xrp? Kraken wants 3 steps of verification to transfer USD into the account.

Yes there’s a fee not only to deposit to Coinbase but to send a btc transaction to another wallet. Your best bet is just deposit directly to kraken or gdax which has lower fees and is the same company as Coinbase. Coinbase will be adding ripple to their exchange soon

Alright, I guess I'll just have to go through the process of getting verified through Kraken. I don't like paying unnecessary fees.

Yes yes and yes. Fees for buying and then transferring. That's why so many people/companies are mining. They get fees for verifying transactions. That's what mining is. Verifying millions of transactions by essentially number crunching endlessly to then create new bitcoins.
I am tier 3 on kraken still not tier 4 and funding gemini is way easier so I wire funds there, buy ether and then xfer ether to my kraken to buy xrp and bitcoin cash, or hold the ether.

Ultimately the fees aren't terrible. Similar to an online brokerage except its a % of the trnsaction. Right now I pay 0.2%, but I have done $125k in transactions; my next tier is .15% after 250k. The transfers are for a marginal fee as well.

And you can pay the fee in dollars or the crypto. So not a big deal. They are making a killing. About 100,000 new accounts daily. Think of all the transactions. It's insane.

No clue. Googled it and couldn't find anything. Maybe I'm the wrong side. Maybe not. Who knows. I don't look at line changes, unless it's drastic. 1 point isn't much in my opinion. In my experience they actually usually move against the right side.
Unless there is news that their big man isn't playing, or the team has flu, then I'm not worried. I guess we shall see in about an hour! Lol. Also, I'm up 4544 and change for the day so it's almost a freeroll for me, so I'm not too worried. Good luck whatever you decide.

They were up 13-17 the entire game. That is brutal. Wow. Turnover turnover turnover turnover and they were fouling pacific. Wtf?!? That was absolutely brutal to watch. Gonna take me a while to get over. Was undefeated on 5k+ plays. Smh.
