Hoping to get this line 8 or less..Most models predicting 6-9 point victory for Fairfield. Fairfield has played a much stronger schedule ranking 126 to 205 over Siena. Fairfield went through a tough stretch losing 5 in a row in conference but have responded with 3 straight and have a nice 4 game stretch vs the lower echelon of the conference. At 10-5 they were looking good but with the streak and losing 5, they have been playing better vs lesser competition. I expect them to run the next 4 or so and end up being in decent shape. Siena shoots the three a bit however the Stags defend it very well.
I'm going to play this Large when the number comes on the board...
Play: Fairfield -8.5 or less...LARGE

What's your take on 'Cuse tomorrow? Coming off 2 straight losses and now back at home vs a "decent" team like ND and favored by 9? Public so far all over the Irish. I'm thinking the Orangemen make a statement and blow the Irish out the gym. How do you see it? Good luck bud and thanks for all your great picks and insight!

Off the top of my head with no data yet looked at, Syracuse has struggled vs opponents without there key players since they've gone out. ND is a three point shooting team and I will check how they've fared vs other 2-3 zones, 3-2 zone defensive teams before I make a play or call on this. I figured the masses would jump on this line as it came out, but must be more behind the story here....

Ok heres my take on the Notre Dame game. This game is screaming to take the Fightin Irish as how can they be getting so many points? Syracuse can't beat anyone and they just lost to an unranked Pittsburgh team by 10. But as I dug a bit deeper, those Panthers are a scrappy bunch who lost to Michigan by 5 on a Neutral court. The big thought process is how they've been bad without Southerland and how they miss him. The problem is they do miss him, not offensively, but defensively. Offensive efficency without him actually has improved. Notre Dame is no where as near as any of the top defenses in the game but is a very efficient offense. To the teams they've lost to one was strictly zone, and two other mixed it up and one was strictly man.
They opened this game up at 133 and number has actually dropped. Maybe figuring OT game will keep there legs tired?
I can't see this, Syracuse has played some tough defenses lately specifically 17, 14, 45, 4,17 to be exact and there effeciency has gone up? I think the slower paced games have come to a halt and I'm looking for a more of uptempo game tonight..I like the over in this one!
From 2003-2010 the Total has eclipsed the 130 mark standing in tonight's game..With the known players out, public perceives that they are having trouble scoring..Bottom line is they've played good/great defenses and have gotten worse at defense. Theyr'e offensive efficiency has improved. If the tempo can just get back to Syracuse's liking, I think this goes way over this number...I'm gonna play it LARGE...
Just my opinion though..
A modest play on
LARGE OVER ND/Syracuse 131

As I stated previously I'm not a believer yet in the Knicks, I did have Milwaukee last time out, and I'm gonna go with the Calderon kid Pistons! Nothing else on my card is worth posting..
