Available Cash-Outs

Okay, so I put a 3 play parlay in at halftime, thereby uising the remainder of my account balance $447.24 to win $775.22.

Before the second half even begins, the book is offers me a cash-out of $375.24.

Why would one even consider accepting this and forfeiting $75 before the 3-teamer even begins?

Then when I get the 1st leg of the parlay with Montreal, the book offers me another cash-out, this time for $459.49, which is a profit of a measely $12.25.

What is with these cash-out offers? 

If they're going to offer one, then at least make the ficking thing enticing or worthwhile.
