NASCAR betting odds are on the board for the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400 which is set to get underway on Sunday, July 5 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Known as the Brickyard 400 for much of its running and often referred to as simply the Big Machine 400, this will be the first year this race is held on Independence Day Weekend.

We bring you the NASCAR odds to win the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400, with the green flag dropping just after 4 p.m. ET on Sunday.

Who is the favorite to win the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400?

Kevin Harvick is the betting favorite to win the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400. Harvick leads the NASCAR standings thanks to three victories and eight Top-5 finishes this season. He won the Big Machine 400 last year as well.

Close behind Harvick on the NASCAR race odds board is last year's NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch. Busch is currently just 11th in the NASCAR standings, and has yet to win a race this season, but won at the Brickyard in both 2015 and 2016.

Denny Hamlin (+600), Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano (tied at +650) are hot on Harvick's heels. Hamlin has the most wins (four) and Top-5 finishes (nine) on the NASCAR circuit this season and is fresh off a victory at the Pocono 350 on Sunday.

After the Top-5 there is a big drop off to Ryan Blaney and Martin Truex Jr. who are tied for sixth on the NASCAR Indianapolis odds board at +1,100,

How to bet on NASCAR

The most popular way to bet on NASCAR is by simply picking the winner of a race, which is also referred to as an outright. There are plenty of other ways to wager, including betting on whether or not a driver will finish in the Top 3 or Top 10 of a race.

Another popular betting option is head-to-head matchup betting, where sportsbooks pair up two drivers and you choose who you think will finish better in the race, which is far easier than trying to select someone to win out of a field of approximately 40 drivers.
