How the DraftKings Promo Code Offer Works
No DraftKings promo code is required to activate this welcome offer. New customers simply sign up, make a minimum $5 deposit and place a qualifying wager of at least $5. Bears vs. Seahawks on Monday Night Football counts as day 1 of the offer, since the bonus bets are issued over a series of days.
Your first bet does not need to win to qualify. If your $5 wager on Bears vs. Seahawks wins, you collect your normal payout and still receive the full bonus. If it loses, you still get the two $25 bonus bets instantly, followed by additional bonus bets over the next 21 days.
Here are the key terms and conditions:
- The offer is available only to new customers in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR, TN, VA, VT, WY and WV.
- A minimum $5 deposit and a minimum $5 qualifying wager on any sports betting market are required.
- You will receive two $25 bonus bets instantly, then two $25 bonus bets every seven days for 21 days through a click-to-claim process, totaling $200 in bonus bets across eight $25 bonus bets.
- Bonus bet stakes are not included in any winnings.
- Bonus bets expire seven days from issuance.
- The offer includes a code for a three-month trial of NBA League Pass.
- The promotion expires Nov. 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

DraftKings takes a strong stance on responsible gaming, offering several tools designed to help bettors stay within their means. These include weekly deposit and betting limits, as well as a self-exclusion option.
DraftKings has also expanded its responsible gaming resources with DK Safer Play, which allows bettors to track and interact with their account activity to better understand their betting habits. The operator also launched My Budget Builder, a tool that allows bettors to set customized limits and reminders to manage spending across its online betting products. The feature is part of DraftKings' broader effort to give users more control over their betting activity and promote responsible play.
