Week 4 in the CFL wraps up on Sunday night with a clash between the Toronto Argonauts and Ottawa Redblacks.

Toronto is still looking for its first win of the season, and my Argonauts vs Redblacks predictions are betting on the defending champs to get it.

Here are my free CFL picks for this East Division clash on June 29.

Argonauts vs Redblacks prediction

My Argonauts vs Redblacks pick: Argonauts moneyline (+115 at BET99)

This is a buy-low spot for the Toronto Argonauts, who are 0-3 straight up and against the spread to start the year. Don't forget the defending champs entered the season as the Grey Cup favorites.

They've really missed injured quarterback Chad Kelly, but the Ottawa Redblacks will also be without their starting QB Dru Brown for the second-straight game.

Despite playing without their starting signal-callers, both teams have capable backups. Ottawa's Dustin Crum is dual-threat with breakaway speed, while Nick Arbuckle has made 25 career starts and led Toronto to a Grey Cup victory last year with Kelly sidelined.

The Argos have better coaching and have built a roster with better depth. That will be invaluable with key players missing from both squads.

TD Place also doesn't provide much of a home-field advantage, and the Argos seem due for a win after losing in the final minute against the 3-0 Roughriders last week.

The Redblacks lost in Week 1 and were destroyed in Week 2 before edging a bad Stamps team in messy conditions last week. If the Argos cut down on sloppy turnovers and penalties, they'll pull off the minor upset.

Argonauts vs Redblacks same-game parlay (SGP)

Argonauts ML

Over 51.5

Although both teams will have backups under center, they should be able to move the ball against struggling stop units.

The Argos have surrendered at least 28 points in every game this year. The Boatmen are seventh in the league in opponent pass efficiency (108.4) while ranking eighth in rushing yards allowed per game (131.3).

The Redblacks surrendered 31 points in their season opener before being torched for 438 yards and 39 points in Week 2. The Stampeders scored just 12 points against them last week, but that was largely due to torrential rain and heavy winds.

Ottawa will also be missing its top defensive back, Adrian Frye, while Toronto will be without star linebacker Wynton McManis and defensive end Derek Parish.
