VIP and loyalty program

We were a bit disappointed to see that there’s no VIP program offered at ACE.com. Loyalty programs are a great way to earn prizes and keep players coming back, so hopefully ACE.com will launch one in the future.

Key features

ACE.com is a new casino with simple features, but there’s still plenty to like already. The focus is on fun at this casino, which can be found in these key features:

Games

ACE.com offers a menu of more than 400 games. While this is less than some sweepstakes casinos, it’s still a decent amount to keep you entertained for hours.

The downside is that there are no table or live dealer games to be found here. The menu is mostly made up of slots, but we found a few Plinko games too.

  Software providers

ACE.com has games from 33 different software providers. Although it has fewer games in total than some other sweepstakes casinos, this number of reputable developers for a brand-new casino is quite impressive. Familiar studios include Relax Gaming, Playtech, Microgaming, BGaming, and more.

  Slots

ACE.com has a small menu of online slots compared to some other casinos, with just 400 titles. However, the variety of slots on offer includes Megaways, Hold and Wins, and a wide range of volatilities and reel sizes. You can also search games by theme, with everything from Christmas to Aztec-themed slots available.

If you need some help getting started, check out our top picks for slots at ACE.com in the list below:

Get started with these five popular free online slots:

  Casino and table games

ACE.com doesn’t have any classic card games or table games. We’d like to see them add support for blackjack, baccarat, poker, roulette, and craps at some point in the near future.

  Live casino

You won’t find any live dealer casino games at ACE.com.

  Sportsbook

ACE.com Casino does not currently offer a sportsbook. Check out our reviews of the best online sportsbooks in the United States to place your sports wagers.

Mobile experience

There's no app available for ACE.com casino in app stores, but you can download the app directly from the site. We also found the site is perfectly optimized to work on mobile devices. Games loaded quickly and the colors were bold and bright on mobile. The site menu and notifications are tucked away at the bottom of the screen, with all the same features available as on the desktop site.

You can also create a mobile shortcut by clicking 'Add to Home' in the site menu. It’s as close as you can get to having a dedicated app for ACE.com, though we still hope that they launch one in the future.

Security and license

ACE.com is a social casino, which means it doesn’t require a gambling license to operate in the United States. When you use SC, you can also play in sweepstakes mode. Sweepstakes casinos are subject to sweepstakes regulations instead of gambling regulations. ACE.com is owned and operated by Full Stop Ltd, based on the Isle of Man, with a registration number of 022310V.

Customer support

ACE.com provides a full range of contact options, including 24/7 live chat, phone, email, and social media channels. The FAQ page is also helpful, with nine different categories of common questions.

We had a positive experience with customer support, with our email query answered in just under two hours. We didn’t like that the live chat is only available after customers have made a purchase, when spending money shouldn’t be a requirement at a sweepstakes casino.

• Live chat: Yes

Summary

ACE.com Casino is off to a good start in the sweepstakes space. The design is clean and easy to navigate, and signing up is easy. It's especially good for slot fans, with over 400 titles.

We like the welcome offer, which attracts new players. The no-deposit bonus of 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC gets you started on ACE.com, and the 150% first-purchase bonus is attractive, too.

However, this casino also has a lot missing, from table and live games to a VIP program, a dedicated app, and a more complete menu of promotions. It’s not unusual for a new casino like ACE.com to roll out extra features slowly, but it will take time before it can compete with larger social casinos like Stake.us and McLuck.

Overall, we would recommend ACE.com to casual players and those new to sweepstakes casinos. It’s a great choice to get your feet wet.
