Chris Vasile's expert pick: Under 2.5 goals

Kalshi probability: 46%
American odds:
+117

USA should control this match, but control doesn’t always mean goals. Bosnia don’t offer much from open play, with most of their danger coming through set pieces and aerial service. That should let a rested U.S. side dictate tempo, limit transition chances, and spend long stretches on the ball. The issue is Bosnia’s low block. They’re compact, physical, and comfortable making this ugly. This can easily be a match where the U.S. are clearly better, but the scoreline stays tight. Think 1-0 or 2-0.

Jason Ence's expert pick: Folarin Balogun to score — YES

Kalshi probability: 45%
American odds:
+122

The group stage saw Bosnia allow opponents to take 68.57% of their shots from inside the box, the 11th highest rate in the tournament. Balogun averaged almost nine touches inside the box per 90 minutes, thanks to his outstanding off-the-ball movement.

He’s a live threat no matter the match state, given how well he plays in the spaces between defenders, and the priority the American attackers put on providing him service. Getting him north of +115 presents tremendous value in a match the Americans are heavily favored to win.

Sam Farley's expert pick: Antonee Robinson to score or assist - YES

Kalshi probability: 22%
American odds:
+355

Christian Pulisic gets the acclaim, but for me it’s Antonee Robinson who has been the star man for this USMNT team. He’s impressed me in the Premier League for a long while now, but his performances in the USA's opening two group games were exceptional. He can overlap outside of Pulisic, and his delivery into the box is excellent. Add in that electric pace against a slow Bosnian defense, and he provides a mismatch that I expect to contribute to a goal.
