Wings vs Liberty Predictions, Picks & Odds for Tonight’s WNBA Game

Leonie Fiebich couldn't find her scoring touch during the Liberty's road trip. Fortunately, Barclays Center is more conducive to her success, lending value to the Over on her points prop vs. Paige Bueckers and the Wings.

The New York Liberty return to Barclays Center after a four-game absence with a chance to even their season series with the Dallas Wings.

Leonie Fiebich enjoys playing at home, and my Wings vs. Liberty predictions expect her to have a strong scoring night for the home team.

Read on as I share my WNBA picks for Tuesday, August 5.

Wings vs Liberty predictions

My Wings vs Liberty best bet: Leonie Fiebich Over 9.5 points (+120 at Caesars)

The New York Liberty return from a four-game road swing, and no one will be happier to see Barclays Center more than Leonie Fiebich.

Fiebich scored only 22 points on New York’s four-game road trip, well below her 8.6 points per game, and 30+ minutes per night provides excellent value for a bounce-back performance.

The Dallas Wings are 11th in Defensive NET rating across their past five games,  allowing 45% shooting inside the arc and more than 10 triples per night.

The versatile Fiebich has scored 10+ points in six straight at Barclays Center and meets a Wings defense that ranks among the league's worst.

This plus-money points market is too good to pass up tonight.

Paige Bueckers pick: Paige triples up

My Paige Bueckers best bet: Over 1.5 threes (+145 at bet365)

Paige Bueckers has knocked down two triples or more in three of her previous five.

She’s landing 36% of her nearly four long-range attempts on the road and went 2 of 4 against the Liberty at home on July 28.

Bueckers didn’t get the looks from downtown on Friday against Indiana (0-1), but she’ll get a few tonight against a Liberty defense yielding just under nine made threes per night in its last five.

The WNBA ROY frontrunner is a better 3-point shooter on the road (36%) than at home (31%), so look for Bueckers to let it fly enough times to land two or more triples tonight.

Wings vs Liberty same-game parlay (SGP)

Leonie Fiebich Over 9.5 points

Paige Bueckers Over 1.5 threes

Wings +11

In addition to Fiebich and Bueckers, we’ll take the points and the Wings to cover the spread.

NY is 1-4-0 ATS across its last five without Breanna Stewart in the lineup. Dallas has scored 82 points per game over its last five and should score enough to cover the spread.
