It's a 2-game slate Saturday in the WNBA.

The league-leading Minnesota Lynx will visit the Golden State Valkyries, while the Phoenix Mercury is in Connecticut to take on the Sun.

Our job is to find you the best player prop bets — check out our WNBA picks for September 6.

WNBA player prop bets for September 6

  • Valkyries Burton u7.5 assists (-146)
  • Mercury Thomas o9.5 assists (+104)
  • Lynx Collier o22.5 points (+100)

Veronica Burton Under 7.5 assists

(-146 at FanDuel)

Veronica Burton had just five assists in the Golden State Valkyries' win over Dallas last time out, but she's been dishing with some frequency of late.

She has topped her 7.5 assist line in five of her previous six games, hitting 13 or more assists three times.

But the Minnesota Lynx has held her in check, and that's why the Lynx have won both meetings this season by double digits.

Burton has had seven total assists in two games against Minnesota, and I think the trend continues Saturday,

Alyssa Thomas Over 9.5 assists

(+104 at FanDuel)

Let's stay with dimes, and the Phoenix Mercury's Alyssa Thomas, who ranks third in the WNBA at 9 per game. Her line is 9.5 Saturday against the Connecticut Sun, and I like the plus odds here.

Thomas has missed this Over in three straight games, all by a single assist in each, but she's been doling out dimes against Connecticut.

In both meetings against her former squad, she's picked up at least 11 assists in each, and both have been Mercury wins.

She's in a good position to make it three-for-three this season.

Napheesa Collier Over 22.5 points

(+104 at FanDuel)

It's rare you'll hear a potential MVP candidate needs a get-right game, but Napheesa Collier could certainly use one Saturday.

She scored just 12 points in a loss to Vegas in a showdown with reigning MVP A'ja Wilson. She's now scored sub-20 points in three of the last four games.

Collier missed seven games with an ankle sprain, returning with 32 against Indiana before this little slump.

Golden State is tough defensively, but she hasn't had an issue, averaging 23.5 points on 55.2% shooting across two games, both Minny wins.

Look for her to find that offensive rhythm vs the Valkyries.
