See why Paige Bueckers will make an impact without scoring the ball vs. the Tempo tonight, per our WNBA expert prop picks.

Friday night in the WNBA comes with three games, with Top 4 seeds Golden State and Dallas both on the road.

On the other end of the spectrum, you’ve got teams like Toronto, L.A. and Chicago all trying to keep in range of that Top 8.

That all factors in when parsing through the night’s WNBA player props. Check out my free WNBA picks for July 10 below, starring Paige Bueckers.

Veronica Burton Under 10.5 points (-110)

Even with Gabby Williams unlikely to go vs. the Sun with a bad back, I’m not banking on Veronica Burton picking up the scoring slack.

The Valkyries’ leading assist-getter, Burton hasn’t found the touch of late, scoring 10 or fewer points in seven of her last eight games.

She’s also never really had the scoring touch against the Sun, dropping 11 points or more just once in 11 games.

I expect her to keep the playmaking numbers high and leave the bucket-getting to her teammates.

Paige Bueckers Over 6.5 assists (+100)

Although it’s a showdown of two of the league’s top scoring guards in Toronto’s Marina Mabrey and Dallas’ Paige Bueckers, I’m leaning on the latter’s assist line, as it’s paying out at +100.

The Dallas star has topped 6.5 dimes in five of her last nine outings, missing the Over two times by a single assist.

Bueckers has also picked apart this Tempo defense, with seven assists in a Dallas road win on July 5.

Toronto allows the third-most assists per game in the league (21.3). Bueckers will still put up points, but more importantly, will land you a win in the assist prop as well.

Nneka Ogwumike Over 17.5 points (-130)

Make no mistake: the Los Angeles Sparks’ brand of basketball is both exciting and unsustainable.

L.A. is a Top 5 scoring team in the league, putting up 88.4 points per game, but also ranks dead-last in points against at 93.6.

For prop betting, you know what you’re going to get — plenty of points, which should mean plenty of Overs.

For Friday, I’m targeting Nneka Ogwumike, who’s coming off a 24-point effort in a win over the Fever.

L.A.’s leading scorer has now dropped 18 points or better in three of her last five outings. She’s also hit this Over in three of her last four against the Sky.

Chicago ranks outside the Top 10 in scoring defense, so Ogwumike shouldn’t have a problem stacking buckets.
