Gabriel Vilardi is heating up. He has points in four of his past five games, tallying six in aggregate. He’s playing excellent hockey alongside Cole Perfetti and Adam Lowry on the second line. That trio has controlled more than 62% of the expected goals and generated chances efficiently.

Connor McDavid has collected nine points during Edmonton's four-game winning streak, with three multi-point games.

McDavid ranks third in the NHL in goals with 43. The three-time Hart Trophy winner has found the back of the net in four consecutive appearances, scoring five times during that span. The Edmonton Oilers superstar scored in Tuesday’s 3-0 win over the Seattle Kraken. The Oilers take on the lowly Chicago Blackhawks tonight, a team allowing 3.24 goals per contest, which ranks 25th.

Cowan collected a pair of assists last time out and is projected to remain in a top offensive role skating with John Tavares and William Nylander on the top line and No. 1 power-play unit Thursday. The trio have an impressive 58.9 Corsi For percentage at five-on-five while also being on the ice for 7.13 goals per 60 minutes across the past five games, too.

Celebrini has cashed the Over in SOG in three straight, and he's averaging 3.52 shots on net per game. He had six SOG against the Leafs earlier this season, who are allowing a league-worst 32.5 SOG per night. 

The Flames will be looking to tighten the screws after giving up nine goals to the powerhouse Avalanche last time out.

They have a good chance of doing so against a Golden Knights team that sits 25th in 5-on-5 pace and 30th in scoring rate over the last 10 games – seven of which have gone Under the number.

On the Vegas side, their defensive metrics are elite. New head coach John Tortorella will hammer home the attention to detail and make sure they’re playing a buttoned up 200-foot game heading into the playoffs.
