This matchup features a sluggish, low-scoring battle between two of the league's worst offenses in the Washington Mystics and Connecticut Sun. Despite the slow pace, Washington's Michaela Onyenwere has been on a tear, averaging 17.0 points and 4.7 rebounds over her last three games. Her recent surge makes her a prime candidate to easily clear her combined points and rebounds prop tonight against the Sun.
The Connecticut Sun are the consensus worst team the WNBA, ranking second-last in offensive rating (96.3) and 12th in defensive rating (110.8). They’re dead last in many key metrics, ranging from effective field goal percentage (45.8%) to foul rate (25.9%) and points allowed per scoring attempt (1.18). I like the Washington Mystics to win outright at -130 or better.

Jones has her nose focused on the glass, and that should be about all it takes against Chicago, the worst rebounding team in the WNBA. The Sky exacerbate that flaw by playing at the second-fastest pace in the league, quite literally giving opponents as many rebounding chances as possible.
Sabrina Ioenescu returned to the Liberty lineup and promptly laid an 0-2 stinker from downtown. The encouraging sign? She saw 26 minutes of playing time, and, as a career 35% shooter, in a fast-paced game with Stewie going off, makes her landing a pair of triples a strong possibility.
Skyler Diggins is Chicago’s engine. She’s scored at least 16 points in three of her previous four games and should have success against a Liberty defense allowing 40 points per game to guards.

Kelsey Plum is having one of her best seasons, a lofty bar to clear, but the Lynx will simply not care. Their defense is too good for a one-horse offense like the Sparks’ to find success. Furthermore, Plum’s questionable defense that allows Miles to score at will should only force LA to live in its halfcourt offense, never an ideal.
Kayla McBride o20.5 Total Points, Rebounds, and Assists (-125)
I projected this line at 22.5, so I'm happy to grab this Over up to -130, would play Over 21.5 up to -120, and even consider a mini-ladder up to 25 PRA. McBride takes on a Sparks team that plays at a fast enough pace (sixth since June 1), and the Lynx are no slouches themselves (fourth). L.A. is Bottom 5 in opponent FGAs and rebounds since June 1, and dead-last in opponent assists.

Rookie Awa Fam has started five straight, and she leads Seattle in minutes per game in that span at 31.4. She’s scored 10+ points three times in the starting lineup, and she gets an advantageous matchup with the W’s worst defense, making this line bettable to 11.5.
Both teams rank in the Bottom 6 in Offensive Rating, but Seattle’s 7th-ranked Defensive Rating gives it an edge over a Portland team that can neither score nor stop opponents from scoring. With such a small 3.5-point spread, I prefer the ML wager at plus-money odds for more profit.
Natisha Hiedeman leads the Seattle Storm with a career-best 14.7 points, but she’s upped that average to 19.7 across her last three games. She leads her team in FGA and 3PA and ranks second in minutes.
Seattle’s top scorer gets a phenomenal matchup tonight. The Fire sport the WNBA’s worst Defensive Rating at 111.3, but over the last five games, that rating has plummeted to 117.
In that span, the Portland Fire have surrendered 92.4 PPG (second-most). Hiedeman has scored 14+ in five straight games and nine of 15 overall. I’ll happily take this line up to 15.5.

The books are practically giving money away with Azzi Fudd’s generous 12.5 point line. As Golden State hyper-focuses their entire defense on stopping leading scorer Paige Bueckers, Fudd is going to have a massive, wide-open runway to do what she does best. Considering the 2026 No. 1 overall pick has already dropped at least 17 points in three straight starts, smashing this Over is the easiest decision you'll make all day.

Laying the points with Golden State tonight is a historical trend bettor's dream. The Valkyries haven't just beaten the Wings in three straight games — they’ve completely covered, winning every single one by at least four points. Dallas has no answer for Golden State's league-best defense, which has held the Wings below 81 points in all four of their meetings. The Valkyries are primed to choke out the Dallas offense yet again and cruise to an easy cover.

A'ja Wilson o25.5 Points Scored (-105)
In the previous six games before Monday, Wilson had cleared this points prop in four. Falling short by less than a bucket against the best defense in the league on Saturday should hardly be seen as a knock against this bet. And the Phoenix Mercury are much closer to the worst defense in the league than they are to the Lynx. Wilson should assure the Aces a chance at their second Cup title.
After a horrible effort on Monday, Vegas coach Becky Hammon harped on her team’s dismal defense. That’s the focus against the Mercury tonight. With Las Vegas making a focused effort on that end of the floor, an offensively limited Phoenix side (11th in offensive rating) has trouble staying within the sizeable spread.
Projections see 3-pointers making up a good chunk of Gray’s production versus Phoenix, with models at 2.6 makes (7.8 points). That forecast could be low, considering the Mercury are the worst 3-point defense (37.8%) and allow 10.1 triples per contest.
Kahleah Copper snapped her shooting skid last time out, including making 6 of 14 attempts from beyond the arc. Even in the midst of that funk, Copper had knocked down two or more triples in four of her five games this month. Vegas hasn’t been great protecting the perimeter, allowing 9.5 treys – second behind only Phoenix.
