We have Premier League action between local rivals Chelsea and Tottenham, with the West London club hoping they can damage Spurs’ survival bid.

Tottenham have something to play for, and our Chelsea vs. Tottenham predictions focus on a trend since Roberto De Zerbi took charge, which is for fullback Pedro Porro to take two or more shots.

Read on for my Premier League betting picks for Tuesday, May 19, with kickoff at 3:00 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Premier League predictions for Chelsea vs Tottenham

My Chelsea vs Tottenham best bet: Pedro Porro 2+ shots (+240 at Sports Interaction)

Since Roberto De Zerbi took charge of Tottenham, the team has looked far better.

Most notably, Pedro Porro has become key to what he’s doing with the team. Across the whole season, Porro has averaged 1.03 shots per 90 minutes played. However, the right back has averaged exactly two shots per game since De Zerbi arrived in North London.

In the five games since De Zerbi's arrival, we’ve seen Porro take two or more shots four times, with a one-shot performance against Aston Villa the only exception.

Six of his 10 shots have hit the target, and he’s scored a goal, too. It’s worth noting that the 26-year-old is also taking free kicks.

Tie or Tottenham (Double chance)

Enzo Fernandez 2+ shots

Kevin Danso to be shown a card

Spurs have everything to play for here, with Premier League survival in their hands. Given their goal difference, it’s likely a draw here would see them safe, even if they then lost on the final day. De Zerbi has turned this team around, and they’ve won or drawn 80% of his games since arriving.

Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez is trying to put himself in the shop window for a Real Madrid transfer and will be desperate to impress. He’s had Chealsea's second-most shots, and the Argentine has averaged 2.14 per game across the season. He also had two shots when these teams met in November.

Kevin Danso has started four of De Zerbi’s five games in charge of Spurs and played well in those games; however, Danso has now picked up a yellow card in every single start under the new manager. Given everything at stake, and his average of 1.43 fouls per 90 minutes played, we can expect a booking.
