Whats your method of determining over under bet?

On this site im 53 percent over under, and it is my weakness.  I feel queezy picking them.  My method is to look at the teams average ponts for/against, and look at the teams machups in the past.  If its more than 50% either way I go that way.  Whats the method to success?

I just joined 4 days ago.  I just had some luck I guess.  I can tell you over/under is hard on me to pick.  Spreads easier by far.

so stick to spreads - fuck the totals
