Janzen Jackson is a TRUE freshman and was a 5* recruit. He is one of the STARTING CB's and is extremely talented. He is CLEARLY the most talented DB they have outside of Berry. JJ was the defender that punished the UF WR when he caught the ball in the EZ. It was a sure TD but the hit was so hard, it dislodged the ball and saved a TD.
I know a lot about JJ because I am an LSU fan and he was a verbal commit until he switched to UT at the end. The kids father is a HS coach and UT offered him the opportunity to interview for a job on their coaching stafff. His father pulicly stated that he had no problem with his sons commitment to LSU. JJ at some point switched his commitment and chose UT. Shortly after it was announced that his father would interview the following year instead of last year.
JJ is the real deal at CB and it is a serious loss to UT. I am not sure about the other 2 players.
