Won 3 units yesterday with the Yankees and Washington. Both dominated their games. Today's Play is a very strong play for me. A 3 unit Play that matches my biggest wager so far this year.
1-0 on 3 Unit Play
Today's 3 Unit GREED IS GOOD PLAY
Over St. Louis/Colorado 10 (-105) played it at 830 AM ET
Pineiro .vs opponents has been more than adequate posting a 2-2 record with a 3.75 era. He's coming off two strong performances vs Pitt and Cin. He's faced 3 teams this year SF, CIN, and PIT. None of these teams rank in the top 7 in average. He's been saved being on ST. Louis staff, however, this is not a time you want to face the Rockies. Weather will be in low 60's with high altitude and Rockies on there most productive performance of the year. They batted over 320 for the weekend against a decent LAD staff (4th in era). St. Louis is 2nd in era but I believe Pineiro has benefited by pitching to weaker opponents. Colorado is much better than the other teams he faced especially at double field COORS. Other factors that you need to consider:
Avg against Pineiro
Holliday 2 for 3
Torvit 1 for 2
Pods. 3 for 6
Helton 1 for 2
Hawpe 2 for 3
Barmes 1 for 2
Avg against Jimenez
Pujols .667
Glauss .500
Ankiel .500
St. Louis is also the 4th ranked team in average. Jimenez sports a 5.90 era and allowed 3 er on 5 BB's in 5 ip in St. Louis on a cold April night. Now he's pitching in hitter friendly Coors on a semi warm evening for CO.
LAST 3 games Colorado is averaging almost 7 a game. I can see a 10-6 final tonight.
In my opinion the value is there and I believe the line may hit 11 by late afternoon. The line already jumped from 105 to 115.

Is Ervin Santana for real? He's 5-0 with an era in the low to mid 2's at 2.48. He's pitched great this year, however for some reason KC has owned him. Although, this is a NEW Santana. Brett Tomko who's had 2 QS this year faces the Angels who are a combined .270 against him. He's held VLAD to .077. Angels start there first game on the road after a 7 day home trip. I see some value in KC cuz of Santana's woes and KC coming home for home cooking. AVERAGES against SANTANA
TEAHAN .364
GUILLEN .300
Gruz. .400
GORDON .333
Dejesus .400
SHIT the whole team is hitting a combined .395 against him. Add +26 cents on the dollar, I'll gamble on Santana having a rough outing. I might be wrong but the numbers don't lie and that's all I can go by. They've had a pretty good attitude this year with their new manager holding tight in a tough division. I think they shock LA in the first game.
KC 8-5 over the Angels...

Now this is a man who does his research. On the Cards and the Royals too because I did my research as well. Might want to think of taking the Royals over as well seeing that Tomko has pitched like shit lately. But thats just my 2 cents.
