Has anyone ever heard of the Jockey Club? I guess its right by the Bellagio on the strip but wanted to hear if anyone has experience there. This is my first time in vegas and love to play the table games but also want to party and view the sites. I'll be there for 6 days and am spending one day at the Grand Canyon. Are there any must do's in Vegas that I dont want to miss for my first time?

Why are you staying at the Jockey Club?

If you like to gamble & to party, it seems like an odd spot to land.

If you want quiet and decent comfort once you leave the casino or sportsbook.....this is a perfect choice. There are other non-casino options in Vegas; but none with such a perfect location.

I stayed in a penthouse there once for a bachelor party weekend.  It was the greatest weekend ever.

I doubt I would want to be there if I wasn't in a penthouse.
