It’s a busy night on the ice with 26 teams in action, and I’ve got a trio of NHL player props on my betting card.
Selections from the early window include Toronto Maple Leafs winger Max Domi and Montreal Canadiens defenseman Lane Huston, and my best bets are rounded out by backing Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid.

Our best NHL player props for Thursday, December 11
Take a look at our best bets and expert analysis below.
Prop #1: Max Domi Over 0.5 points
Toronto Maple Leafs veteran Max Domi continues to skate on the No. 1 line with Auston Matthews and Matthew Knies at five-on-five, and the trio has clicked for 3.31 expected goals per 60 minutes with a 63.4 xGF% over the past five games, with Domi collecting five assists during that stretch.
This should also prove to be a soft matchup against the San Jose Sharks, who allow the fourth-most goals per road game while ranking 31st in Corsi For percentage and 30th in xGF% at five-on-five.

Prop #2: Lane Hutson Over 1.5 shots on goal
There’s been a jump in shot volume from Montreal Canadiens defenseman Lane Hutson over the past 15 games, and he’s recorded multiple shots in 11 of those contests, totaling 34 on 74 attempts.
Hutson is the only Montreal defenseman above the breakeven mark in CF% at five-on-five during the stretch, and he also continues to jump the boards with the No. 1 power-play unit heading into tonight's matchup against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Prop #3: Connor McDavid Over 1.5 points
Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid paced the NHL in points per 60 minutes at home over the past three years, and he’s recorded multiple points in eight of 13 games at Rogers Place this season.
The Detroit Red Wings are also likely to turn to Cam Talbot in nets tonight, and he’s allowed three goals or more in three of his past four starts while posting a miserable .840 SV% and 3.94 GAA with -4.01 goals saved above expected.
This is also a back-to-back road spot for Detroit, and the Wings will be playing for the third time in four nights on the highway.

- Where to watch: ESPN+, Sportsnet West
