There are four games on the ice this Friday, November 14, and my top NHL player props have you covered for the action to kick-start the weekend.
It begins with an NHL Global Series tilt between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Nashville Predators, as Pens rookie Ben Kindel headlines my NHL picks in the matinee matchup, and wraps with a Matvei Michkov prop as the Flyers battle the Blues tonight.

Prop #1: Ben Kindel Over 0.5 points
While Pittsburgh Penguins rookie Ben Kindel has been held off the scoresheet in consecutive games, he projects to continue jumping the boards with the top line and No. 1 power-play unit, and the Nashville Predators check out as a soft matchup.
Kindel has been on the ice for 8.74 expected goals and recorded five points — three goals — across his past six games, and Nashville has surrendered the third-most goals per game (3.61).

Prop #2: Nikolaj Ehlers Over 2.5 shots on goal
It’s been a smooth transition to the Carolina Hurricanes for Nikolaj Ehlers, and he’s piled up 48 shots on 92 attempts to rank second on the club in each through 16 games.
This is also a soft matchup with the Vancouver Canucks, who are allowing the second-most attempts per 60 minutes and seventh-most shots per game (30.2).
I also value Ehlers posting a high-end 57.0 Corsi For percentage at 5-on-5 and slotting in with the No. 1 power-play unit.

Prop #3: Matvei Michkov Over 0.5 points
Philadelphia Flyers winger Matvei Michkov has jumped up to the top line and No. 1 power-play unit and scored in three consecutive games. The Russian is an elite offensive talent and has driven 5-on-5 possession with a 54.4 Corsi For percentage during the three-game point streak, too.
The St. Louis Blues have also allowed the second-most goals per game (3.76) and rank 29th in team save percentage at 5-on-5, so the matchup checks out, too.
