Our best NHL player props for Friday, March 13

Take a look at our best bets and expert analysis below.

Prop #1: Ilya Sorokin Over 24.5 saves

-125 at BET99

The Los Angeles Kings have averaged 27.5 shots per game out of the Olympic break, and the New York Islanders have allowed 29.0, so I see Isles No. 1 Ilya Sorokin turning away 25 or more pucks tonight.

Sorokin is among the betting favorites in the Vezina Trophy odds, and he’s posted an elite .919 SV% with a league-high 21.33 goals saved above expected across 16 starts since the calendar flipped to 2026, after all.

Prop #2: Connor Ingram Over 21.5 saves

-120 at BET99

Edmonton Oilers goalie Connor Ingram has made 21+ saves in four of his past seven starts despite an .873 SV% and -1.25 goals saved above expected, so I’m anticipating statistical correction ahead of those numbers.

The Oil have allowed 27.5 shots per game out of the Olympic break, so Ingram stands to see enough rubber to clear this low total on the road. The St. Louis Blues have averaged 26.2 shots per game during their active 7-4-1 run, too.

Prop #3: Zach Hyman Over 2.5 shots

-115 at BET99

Oilers winger Zach Hyman’s shot volume has been up and down recently, so we’re receiving a fair price tonight in a soft matchup. He’s recorded 3+ shots in 27 of 47 games for the year while averaging a healthy 20:10 of ice time, and continues to jump the boards with the top line and No. 1 power-play unit.

Returning to the matchup, the Blues have allowed the sixth-most shots per game (30.5) with a 22nd-ranked 47.7 Corsi For percentage at 5-on-5 since the Olympic layoff, too.
