We’re set for a marquee NFC West matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium on Sunday, November 16.

My early Seahawks vs. Rams predictions and NFL picks expect Los Angeles quarterback Matthew Stafford to continue slinging it en route to a high-scoring Week 11 win.

Seahawks vs Rams predictions

Here are our early thoughts on the spread and total for this week’s game. We will have a full game preview (with a best bet and SGP) later in the week.

Early Seahawks vs Rams spread pick: Rams -2.5

-120 at FanDuel

Any way you slice it, the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams are statistical juggernauts on both sides of the ball with matching 7-2 records. Seattle has also run the table on the highway with a 4-0 record.

Still, the Rams have shifted into cruise control and covered the number in each of their four consecutive wins.

Los Angeles quarterback Matthew Stafford has paced the league in adjusted EPA per play and success rate while throwing four 7.3 yards per attempt and a 67.7 completion percentage during the winning streak. He’s thrown 14 touchdowns without an interception, too.

Obviously, Seattle QB Sam Darnold has also been a statistical darling, but I’m anticipating the Los Angeles defense to do just enough to keep him off balance Sunday.

So, with this spread below the key number of 3, I’m happy to take the home team – especially with Stafford playing at an elite level.

Early Seahawks vs Rams total pick: Over 48.5

-108 at FanDuel

As discussed, both Darnold and Stafford are balling out, and these two offenses are putting up sterling statistics.

The Seahawks and Rams respectively rank second and first in PFF offense grade, fourth and second in offensive DVOA, second and sixth in yards per play, and average the third- and fifth-most points per game.

I’m anticipating a back-and-forth shootout with Darnold and Stafford trading punches, and defensive stops coming few and far between at SoFi Stadium in Week 11.
