Jordan Love SNF prop pick

My best bet
Jordan Love Over 0.5 interceptions (-130 at bet365)

My analysis
After throwing a pick in each of his first eight starts of the season and a whopping 12 of them during that time, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has cleaned up the turnovers and has now gone three straight games without one.

But for more than just one reason, he is definitely due to throw one.

On Sunday night, he faces the task of throwing against a revitalized Seattle Seahawks defense that has gotten much healthier and has grasped new head coach Mike MacDonald's defensive scheme that he brought over from the Ravens.

That defense has now generated an interception in seven straight games, with the likes of Coby Bryant (3), Julian Love (2), and Tariq Woolen (2) leading the way.

One reason why they've been able to generate so many interceptions is their improvement in generating pressure, a category they struggled in the first half of the season due to the endless amount of front-seven injuries they suffered.

But they now rank 11th in pressure rate on the year despite that slow start, and Love has thrown seven picks in five games against teams in the top ten in pressure rate.

Jordan Love SNF same-game parlay

Jordan Love Over 0.5 interceptions

Zach Charbonnet anytime touchdown

Geno Smith Under 0.5 interceptions

If Jordan Love gives the Seahawks a gift or two through the air, we could see short fields and/or a run-heavy game script from Seattle if they jump out to an early lead with the help of one.

That could mean paydirt for Zach Charbonnet, who should see bellcow-esque usage like last week, with Kenneth Walker doubtful. Seattle has been run-heavy inside the ten as well, having called 30 runs to just 22 passes.

And speaking of interceptions, Geno Smith should go without one on Sunday.

After careless picks either lost Seattle some games down the stretch or caused other games to become too close to comfort, there was a concerted stated effort by both MacDonald and Smith to clean up the passing attack.

Smith has now gone two games without a pick, and while the Packers started off the year picking off quarterbacks left and right (nine in their first five games), they have just three in their last eight games.
