Chargers vs Dolphins prediction
Chargers vs Dolphins Best bet: Keenan Allen Over 52.5 receiving yards (-114)
The Los Angeles Chargers clearly made a great decision in bringing back Keenan Allen this offseason. The franchise legend has been balling out, reeling in 29 receptions for 289 yards and three touchdowns.
He’s also served as a veteran presence and a key weapon for Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert.
Allen has cashed the Over in receiving yards in five of his six appearances in 2025. Despite another loss last weekend to Washington, Allen still had five grabs for 58 yards. He’s averaging 10 yards per reception.
The Miami Dolphins also do not have a great secondary. They rank 16th in most passing yards allowed. This presents a clear opportunity for Allen to deliver another impressive performance.
Chargers vs Dolphins same-game parlay
With Tyreek Hill out for the rest of the season, that means Jaylen Waddle has quickly become WR1 for the struggling Dolphins. He’s more than capable of taking that title, too, despite struggles at times.
Waddle has 23 receptions for 295 yards and three touchdowns this season. Those three scores have come in the last four games as well, and he’ll be busy on Sunday. If I were going to take anyone in this Miami WR room to find the end zone, it would be Waddle.
We shift over to De’Von Achane, who has shown real promise since coming into the league. The Texas A&M product is rushing for 4.4 yards per carry this season. Although he had a brutal day in Week 5 with just 16 rushing yards, Achane did cash the Over in rushing yards in two straight games prior.
The Chargers are allowing around 120 yards per game on the ground. Achane ran for 99 yards in his last contest at Hard Rock Stadium, and he’ll be motivated to bounce back after last week’s poor performance.
