Pacific Division rivals clash on Thursday night as the Golden State Warriors travel to Mortgage Matchup Center to face the Phoenix Suns.

DIllon Brooks has been productive at home this season, and my Warriors vs. Suns predictions expect him to reach the Over on his modest scoring line.

Here are my best free NBA picks for this divisional showdown on Thursday, December 18.

Warriors vs Suns prediction

Warriors vs Suns best bet: Dillon Brooks Over 18.5 points (-110)

With Kevin Durant gone and Jalen Green still on the shelf, Dillon Brooks is having a career year in his first season with the Phoenix Suns. He’s averaging a career-best 21.6 points per game as Phoenix’s No. 2 option behind Devin Booker.

Brooks has scored just 18.5 points per game on the road compared to a whopping 25.2 at home, and he’s scored 19+ in seven of nine games in Phoenix.

Brooks has failed to reach this scoring milestone in each of his last three outings, but two of those were on the road, and he was ejected in the final seconds of Sunday’s loss to the Lakers.

After hitting a go-ahead triple, Brooks was tossed for making contact with LeBron James. James missed the technical free throw but ultimately hit a pair of free throws on the following possession.

Brooks has posted strong scoring numbers at home all season, and he’ll surely be fired up after Sunday’s tough loss. I expect him to come out hot vs. the Golden State Warriors tonight, so I’ll take the Over.

Warriors vs Suns same-game parlay

Phoenix is 8-5 straight up at home, while Golden State is just 6-10 on the road. The Warriors have struggled as of late, with losses in two straight and four of their last six games.

The Suns came off a four-game road gauntlet and played the Lakers to the final seconds before losing on LeBron's free throws. I expect the home dogs to come away with a victory and avenge Sunday's tough loss.

The Suns are 4-9 to the Under at home, but Golden State is 10-6 to the Over on the road and 6-2 to the Over as road favorite. Stephen Curry has been rolling, and the Warriors are mostly healthy, so they should be able to put points on the board.

The Suns will still be without Jalen Green, but they've gotten strong production from Brooks and Booker. I'll take the Over here.
