It was another well-rounded victory for the Orlando Magic on Thursday as they defeated the Pelicans 121-106 to push the win streak to five. Paulo Banchero (20 points, 11 assists, 10 rebounds) notched his second career triple-double, while Jalen Suggs (22 points) and Franz Wagner (18 points) also had productive nights.

It was on the defensive end where the Magic impressed, however, as they held the Pelicans to just 78 field goal attempts and 30% shooting from downtown — two areas Orlando has excelled in of late.

The Magic are holding opponents to 80 field goal attempts per game in March (1st), as well as just 10 made threes per game over that span (2nd) — two major reasons why Orlando is allowing just 100.1 points per game this month (2nd).

The hosts will face a significant challenge tonight against the Sacramento Kings, who own the eighth-best offense in the NBA this season at 117.9 ppg, but Orlando comes into the game having held opponents to fewer than 107 points in five straight and six of its last seven contests.

I’ll look for the Magic to keep the Kings Under 107.5 points as my best bet.

Along with the Kings team total Under, I’ll take the full game Under 218 as I look for the Magic defense to continue its domination. Orlando has seen six of its last seven contests finish below that mark while cashing the Under in 10 of its last 14 games.

I’ll round out the same-game parlay by taking Suggs to finish with Over 1.5 steals. The Magic guard has logged nine steals over his last four games, with at least two steals in three of those contests.
