The Milwaukee Brewers welcome the Texas Rangers to American Family Field tonight, and the hosts head into the series opener as a 63% favorite. First pitch is scheduled for 7:40 p.m. ET.
With Logan Henderson in top form, my Rangers vs. Brewers predictions are backing Milwaukee to provide him with enough run support at home.

Who will win Rangers vs Brewers today: Brewers -1.5 (44%)
Logan Henderson has been elite for the Milwaukee Brewers lately. He owns a 3.24 FIP across his last two starts with minimal walks and home run damage. The right-hander has given up just two earned runs during that span while limiting opponents to a 2.9% barrel rate.
As for Cody Bradford, he's also held his own, but the Texas Rangers starter has shown a bit more vulnerability. He owns a 5.24 xERA in just four starts this season, and Bradford has posted a 5.75 xERA across his previous two appearances.
What really stands out is his 15.2% barrel rate during that span, which is a dangerous number against a Brewers offense with a 114 wRC+ and .292 average over the last week.
Milwaukee has the upper hand on the mound and at the dish.
Play to 55%.

Rangers vs Brewers Over/Under pick: Over 7.5 (51%)
We’re looking at two lineups in respectable offensive shape, so I’m targeting the Over 7.5.
Texas owns a solid 111 wRC+ over its last 12 contests, and while Henderson and the Brewers bullpen are both in good form, the Rangers have enough offensive life to contribute here.
Milwaukee is the bigger driver. The Brewers are swinging it well, and although the Rangers’ bullpen has a respectable 3.88 FIP over the last week, it has also allowed 1.59 HR/9 with a 45.9% hard-hit rate.
I expect Milwaukee to do most of the damage, but Texas should chip in enough to help push this over the number.
Play this pick up to 55%.
Rangers vs Brewers home run prediction: Jackson Chourio (22%)
Jackson Chourio has clubbed two homers in his last six games while posting an impressive 52.9% hard-hit rate and 11.8% barrel rate.
The slugger is smashing baseballs right now, and while he's not putting a lot of contact in the air, his 33.3% FB/HR rate cannot be ignored.
Bradford hasn't allowed many bombs, but four starts is a small sample size, and he's allowed 47% of his contact through the air. Plus, the Rangers' pen is long ball prone right now.
Chourio has several paths to a homer.
Play to 24%.

Rangers vs Brewers weather
American Family Field has a retractable roof, so weather may not matter much if it’s closed. If open, conditions look clean: partly cloudy skies, temperatures falling from 80°F to 72°F, light winds around 6 mph, and almost no rain risk at 0–1%. Overall, no delay concern and only a minor weather impact.
