HR Prop #1: Mookie Betts
Mookie Betts is having a fantastic September. He’s hitting .349 this month, going deep five times and driving in 19 runs.
The veteran has now smacked 19 home runs this season, and there’s reason to believe he could reach the No. 20 mark this evening.
Betts and the Dodgers face Logan Webb, whom they lit up for six earned runs last week. Betts has absolutely raked off Webb in the past, going 16-for-42 with a pair of round-trippers.
His confidence is clearly high right now as well, and Betts’ power has always been impressive.
Thirteen of his bombs in 2025 are off right-handed hurlers. He’s also done a lot of his home run damage at Dodger Stadium, cracking 14 long balls.
HR Prop #2: Seiya Suzuki
The Cubbies face a tough opponent today as Hunter Greene takes the hill for the Reds. But, even though he has electrifying stuff, Greene has trouble with the home run at times. He’s allowed 15 of them in just 17 starts.
Enter Seiya Suzuki.
The Japanese slugger is one of Chicago’s best hitters, and he’ll be looking forward to this matchup. Suzuki is 7-for-15 lifetime against Greene with a pair of home runs. He’s slugged 18 of his 27 homers off right-handed pitchers.
Also, Suzuki has just raked overall versus Cincinnati this season, batting .407 with three long balls in only 27 at-bats. While he’s yet to go deep in September, this could be the perfect time for Suzuki to end the cold streak.
HR Prop #3: Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
We’ll finish with another red-hot hitter in Vladimir Guerrero Jr. The Blue Jays are rolling into the playoffs, and Vladdy is certainly playing his part. The slugger is batting .300 with 23 home runs this season.
Guerrero Jr. is hitting .400 in September with two bombs, as well.
The Jays face Tampa Bay’s Shane Baz today, and Guerrero Jr. is 5-for-13 against him overall, going deep once. Vladdy’s power shows up more versus righties, smacking 17 home runs, compared to just five against lefties.
He’s already left the yard twice this year vs. the Rays, too. Look for Guerrero to stay hot in the series finale.
