The "Yes Run First Inning" prop in games at Coors Field is typically priced in the range of -140 to -180. However, that bet is installed at close to a pick'em price tonight with the surging Giants offense on deck, which is why I love that YRFI wager in my MLB picks.

NRFI/YRFI bets for September 2
Dodgers at Pirates: NRFI (Play at Thrillzz)
Clayton Kershaw might not be the dominant force he was earlier in his career, but he's still a valuable part of the Los Angeles Dodgers' rotation. The southpaw made his 11th All-Star game this year and has pitched to a 3.06 ERA with a 1.15 WHIP through 15 starts.
He should blow through a Pittsburgh Pirates lineup that is second-last in the majors in OPS (.660) with that number dipping to .634 against lefties.
The Dodgers have a stacked lineup, but Pittsburgh righty Carmen Mlodzinski should be able to navigate the first inning or two successfully.
Mlodzinski might be better suited to coming out of the bullpen and has a tendency to unravel the second time he faces a batter in a game. However, he has a sparkling 0.82 ERA with an OBA of .162 in the first inning across 11 starts.

Blue Jays at Reds: YRFI (Play at Thrillzz)
The Toronto Blue Jays have been the best-hitting team in the majors during the second half of the season. Since the All-Star break, the Jays have an MLB-best OPS of .835 while plating 5.69 runs per game.
Tonight they face the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park, one of the most homer-conducive venues around. Cincy is giving the pill to Nick Lodolo, who has looked shaky at home, where he has pitched to a 4.10 ERA with an OBA of .267.
Jays starter Jose Berrios has been even worse, regardless of where he pitches. The veteran is in the Bottom 25th percentile in xERA (4.59) while sitting in the Bottom 15th percentile in barrel rate.
The Reds aren't great at the dish, but they've been significantly more productive at home, where they rank second in the majors in run-first-inning percentage (41.2%).

Giants at Rockies: YRFI (Play at Thrillzz)
We have a game at Coors Field tonight with the total at 10.5, but the YRFI bet is available at close to a pick'em price. That's surprising, especially when you consider that San Francisco Giants ace Logan Webb has a modest 4.39 ERA over the last two months and tends to be worse away from home.
Webb has a 4.44 ERA in nine career starts at Coors Field, and even for a ground-ball pitcher like him, pitching in the thin air at Denver is rarely easy.
The Colorado Rockies respond with Kyle Freeland, who is in the bottom 15th percentile in xERA (5.20) and the bottom fifth percentile in xBA (.299). The lefty gets hit hard which is bad news against a red-hot Giants lineup that is fifth in the majors in OPS (.820) over the last 15 days.

NRFI (No Run First Inning) and YRFI (Yes Run First Inning) bets add a thrilling twist to the start of an MLB game. A NRFI bet is a wager that no runs will be scored in the first inning. You're betting that the starting pitchers for both teams will get through the first inning without allowing any runs, whether by striking out batters, inducing ground balls, or through solid defensive play.
