Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) unveiled its Alert360 platform Tuesday, its latest effort to preserve integrity within the legal sports betting industry.

The platform will allow any players, coaches, trainers, or other individuals within a collegiate or professional sports organization who have endured or witnessed harmful threats or behavior based on the outcome of a sporting event to report issues anonymously to avoid backlash and retaliation.

The anonymous, two-way integrity portal can be rebranded and either outsourced to IC360’s trained professionals or kept in-house by assigning task administrators within a particular organization to engage in a joint portal management process.

“The implementation of Alert360, powered by RealResponse, is another example of how we can help our partners to stay one step ahead. An anonymous tip can help limit and prevent acts or threats of physical and emotional harm or intimidation while thwarting attempts to undermine the integrity of sports competitions,” IC360 CEO Matthew Holt said in a release.

Alert360 is constructed with a variety of QR codes, web forms, text messaging, and email channels to allow safe and anonymous communications. The platform protects an individual’s identity during the reporting process and subsequent discussions. Filed complaints are only made available to a party involved in an investigation.

“It’s critical to offer new and innovative ways for people to share concerns without the fear of reprisal," said David Chadwick, founder and CEO of RealResponse. "The rise of legalized sports betting has led to both expected and unexpected challenges. We simply cannot take chances when it comes to integrity, protecting our athletes, and ensuring competition remains free from manipulation or outside influence.”

The origin of IC360

IC360 is a relatively new company birthed out of a merger between Odds on Compliance and U.S. Integrity announced back in October 2023. These two companies merged after working to launch ProhiBet, which was a joint venture to monitor illicit betting activity. ProhiBet subsequently partnered with the UFC.

IC360 officially launched in April, gaining clients across collegiate and professional sports leagues, along with licensed online sportsbook operators and other brands within the sports betting industry.

U.S. Integrity, before this merger occurred, played a pivotal role in identifying suspicious and illicit betting activity surrounding a men’s college basketball game between UAB and Temple in March. This came after U.S. Integrity helped flag Alabama men’s baseball head coach, Brad Bohannan, in 2023 for sharing pitcher injury information with a bettor at a retail sportsbook. This led to Bohannan getting fired.

Earlier this month, IC360 announced a partnership with Radar, to provide their clients with several geolocation, compliance, and integrity monitoring services via Geo360.
