Ah San Antonio didn't do it for me and cost me a unit overall. I am pissed because they didn't come out to play until the end of the game. But of well. I'm sure that Bill Laimbeer is going to rest Plennette in the next game and they will be able to make adjustments. When she comes back in game 3 in Detroit she will mess up the flow when her minutes get mixed back in and San Antonio will cover the next two games.

Game 2 in San Antonio, and the line is basically the same so far, and I feel no different about than I felt in game 1. I like the Silver Stars in this game and in game 3 in Detroit too. Any points that the Silver Stars are given is too many.
The Shock played a complete game in game 1, and the SIlver Stars played half of the 4th quarter for all intents and purposes. I look for a lot more screens to be set for Hammon to get her free in game two from the smothering defense of Deanna Nolan. In this game I expcet a different outcome to the 1st half than in game one were I accurately predicted that Detroit would have their number in the 1st half, and they did with the carry over effect in their favor. I see San Antonio being up by a wide margin at the break in this game in part from desperation.
With a blowout on the horizon, I have the premonition that this game will go under the total.
So my plays will go as follows:
San Antonio 1st half-2.5
San Antonio -5 for game
Under 145.5

After much consideration, I am backing off of the full game spread for both San Antonio and the under and concentrating solely on the 1st half line of -3, as all indicators show that the Silver Stars must come out and play as if their lives depended upon it. So instead of spreading my money around, i am going for the jugular and hoping that they will get off to a much better start in game 2. I am playing this first half heavy.
San Antonio-3 -105 1st half

Agree with you Watch. I already took SA -5 when the line came out. But I have more on SA -1.5 and -2.5 for the quarter and half respectively. SA needs to come out on all cylinders to have a chance to get back into the series. If they fall behind early, SA will have a tough time coming back mentally, and going down 0-2 means goodbye Championship.
