-110 is pretty much the standard 10% juice for online books......sometimes you can catch promotional rates or a few sites with a 5% juice...but pretty much anything with a point spread will come out at -110....
i could maybe see coming up with a philosophy or trend with baseball/hockey money lines or MAYBE even run totals....but to avoid basketball and football games because you see -110 next to them is absurd.....especially if you like a team and then u see the spread not move but the move go to -120 before you jump on them
