For those looking for action on the WNBA All-Star game, the under 276 1/2 may look tempting, but here are the rules, shots 28 feet and over will be counted as 4 points if made, there are no foul shots for the first 38 minutes, the team fouled will automatically receive 2 to 3 points depending in the area the foul occurred, and also the shot clock will be at 20 seconds
