I'm still an amateur at web coding and I'd love to build in some more dynamic interaction features in the future. For now, I'm going to try and embed a live twitter feed and I'll be able to respond back-and-forth through that medium.
I was able to access the site on my smartphone and it doesn't look amateur to me at all (a couple display issues on mobile but obviously it's not optimized for that). I think it's very slick. I have done some development using content management systems before (mainly Drupal) but I hadn't heard of Wix. Pretty slick.
If you want some type of discussion forum there are definitely some options out there.

so you are giving up Covers so that you can share breakdown sheets and research yet you are not charging for it? what are the donations everyone is talking about? please help me understand this process.

Wix is just the registrar I purchased my domain from awhile back. I'm hosting with adobe and I built the site in dreamweaver as I'm already familiar with the adobe software suite with my architecture practice.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be disrespectful.
You've probably seen me post my breakdown sheets either in here or the MLB forums using Google Documents as a host. With the demand for these sheets growing rapidly, it became clear to me that Google Docs could not adequately support my needs. I built this website as a better platform to share my research with the sports handicapping community. I'm sure Covers will not allow me to continue posting in light of this move to my own site. But I thought about this decision for a long time, and I believe it's a necessary evil.

si1ly my survival pool get s tougher this week as I cannot use any game where the spread is 7 or more. It is run differently than most since you ARE able to use teams more than once as long as it meets the under 7 criteria. Based on your sheets, would you feel comfortable rolling with Seattle this week? Thanks again for your input

To be honest, I've been so busy the last 48 hours getting this launched that I haven't had much time to look at the card.
But let me put it to you this way: Do you remember how the Jets looked against San Francisco at home? I don't care if the Jets are coming off a bye or not, the Seattle defense is right up there with SF (ranked #3 in my latest power rankings). And they're playing at home for the second straight week. East coast going west coast. There are almost no angles to back the Jets on this week.
