I was curious about why these threads kept getting moved into Website Promotions, and found this tidbit written by moderator Rizzo about the presence of the Twitter button at the top of each page:

Yeah I know...very non observant move on my end.  I'm not sure where my head was when I placed that...I'm usually more cognizant than that.
