I Have A Squirrel In My Room, Can Someone Please Help Me??

seaweed.  I would suggest an exterminator. pay the money, it will be worth it to not have rodents running around anymore

It may be that gerbil that The Giant lost during your visit.

I'm going to do a thorough examination later in the afternoon for the hole. I'm surprised it has lasted 2 weeks. I'm still hoping it's a squirrel and not a raccoon.

You're probably right, Colts03 If i am unable to find the rodent by the end of the day, that's going to be my next step. Hopefully, i can do it on my own

   We had a squirrel climb down our chimney once, Seaweed.  Our cats were going crazy when I noticed he was in the actual firebox of the fireplace.  I took a shoebox, taped the lid on after I filled it with peanut butter and crackers, then I cut a cross, similar to an x, about 2"  x  2'".   Pushed the slice in just enough for the squirrel to squeeze in, similar to a lobster trap., and viola, that rodent was hungry enough to force his way in with no means of escape.  Once he was trapped I released the little dude outside and put a stainless cap and screen on the top of my chimney.  Just like humans, those critters are food driven.  BOL on your dilemma.

Interesting story. You remind me of MacGyver There is no chimney here so finding out its passage is a little more difficult. If you watched the video of my room, you could see its hard to find a way to locate it. I'm going to try the food idea and leave it in the open. Hopefully it comes out for it.
