W/o an Import Meralco will really have a hard time. But watching at meralco play last time, they almost went on to win that game w/o West. They have the bigger Heart.

Leans: Meralco+? Any line! I expect a more higher line!

I think Mario West will play. As I said, Smc cannot afford to lose this as momentum would surely be on Meralco's side game 5

West will play. He had this injury before the series even started. It was aggravated but steroid shots can get him back up for such important game.
