Nice to meet you. :) I'm new to the Bodog brand and sportsbook community, but I have been involved in the online gambling world for the past five years, primarily working for CasinoCity.com. I have just recently made the switch over to Bodog world, and more specifically, working under Calvin Ayre as the Global Bodog Brand Ambassador for BodogBrand.com and as an onsite reporter for CalvinAyre.com once it is launched in the fall. In this capacity, I will have a presence across all major igaming forums, including Covers, for several reasons:
1)I am here to monitor and spread the Bodog Brand message globally- this is what Calvin is in charge of these days (he is no longer an online gambling operator), and I'm here to help communicate and clarify this message to you.
2)Calvin and BodogBrand.com have licensed out the Bodog brand to three independent operators, bodog.com, bodog.co.uk, bodog88.com and at the end of the month, bodog.ca will be launched as well. I have personally met all of these operators and speak with them all the time, so I will also be providing assistance to you have question about or problems with Bodog sports. When something comes up, please PM me your location, name, email address, account number, etc, and I'll contact the appropriate Bodog licensee for some help on your behalf.
With all of this said, please remember that I am not a sports gambler- I am a branding and relationship management girl, so please take it easy on me over here! ;)
Looking forward to becoming a part of this community...and GO PATS! (I'm from Boston...hah)

if you're still reading at this point, and you're not aware of bodog's general reputation in the degenerate community, you're probably somewhat taken aback by the hostility thus far to your smiley post. regrettably, you should steel yourself for more, though, because until there are fundamental changes in the way the book does business, there just won't be a whole lotta love for the emissaries of bodog, newbodog, or bodoglife, or whatever the url ended up being. it's just that, even among those of us whose first account was with bodog because of its user-friendliness, ubiquitous advertising, ease of deposits, etc., very few take it seriously any more. i still maintain a small account mostly for low stakes poker, but it doesn't take much time on these forums or much comparison shopping to realize that bodog is, and has been for a long time, associated mostly with low limits, late lines, high juice, and annoying red box restrictions on teasers and parlays. mr ayre really seemed more interested from the outset in "branding" and image than in providing a gaming experience competitive with other major outlets -- advertising and attitude were supposed to make up for the many minuses, 'cause hey, we're the maxim magazine or the budweiser of online gaming.
and hey, it worked for him ... he's still rich, i suppose, despite the legal travails. but it doesn't still work for most of us. to this day there's still franchising value and name recognition, but that recognition isn't gonna conjure many warm and fuzzy sentiments.
but hope springs eternal, and so maybe the fact that the franchisees have you cruising here indicates some interest in more substantial changes which might win back lost ground ... so try not to let the locker room vulgarity get you down, welcome, and good luck.

Good luck in your new endeavors. I have been an online bettor for 10+ years. Let me be honest. Bodog are CROOKS. Yes CROOKS. We are talking about bad lines, horrid payouts and the worst customer service in the entire industry. As a matter of fact I closed my account after they robbed me. I had placed a 1k wager and my line was accepted and when it was graded my line was -10 off. So example. I bet Boston -120 when it was graded it was -130. I had a print screen shot of it sent it in next thing I know my account was frozen. I had a huge blowout and they reversed my play (WIN) put the 1k back in my account and I closed my account. Guess how long it took me to my funds back over 40 fucking day. FORTY.
Your working for CROOKS the worst in the industry. There you have it my one deposit one bet one withdrawal from bodog.
