I'm pretty sure I explained this already three times in multiple topics

Once all games from a sport have started you are allowed to pick another sport in place of it

Meaning...if you didn't want to take any MLB, you could wait until 10:11pm with your last pick and take a 10:30pm NBA game instead (if there is 1 after 10:10pm)
